Development
One pathway, six programmes
Every Panorama player moves through a documented pathway. Progression is a recorded decision built on attendance, assessment and coach evidence — and it is reversible.

Evidence, not opinion
Every player carries an individual development plan reviewed with them and their guardians each term. Coaches score technical, tactical, physical and social markers consistently across the club, so a conversation about a player is a conversation about evidence rather than impression.
Movement between programmes is signed off by the Head of Football and recorded against the player's permanent Panorama Player ID. A player who steps up and then needs a cycle back in their age group returns with their record and standing intact.
Elite selection at Panorama is a training environment, not a social rank. Treating it that way is the only way to keep the pathway honest for the players who are still developing into it.
