Panorama FC is turning 40

Development · Selected age groups

GDL / Elite Pathway

The sharp end of the pathway.

Three to four sessions per week · 90 minutes · Main Pitch and Technical Strip11-a-side elite league competition

Overview

What this stage is for

The GDL and elite pathway is for players whose development is best served by a higher standard of weekly competition and a heavier training load. Selection is a football decision, reviewed each cycle, and it is reversible — a player who needs a period back in their age group to rebuild rhythm goes back without stigma. Elite status at Panorama is a training environment, not a social rank.

Draws from Youth Development, feeds Senior football and external opportunity. Movement in both directions is recorded against the player's permanent record.
