Panorama FC is turning 40

Panorama ONE

The platform behind the club

Panorama ONE is the umbrella system that holds the club together — people, participation, development, documents and money, on one permanent record per player.

What it does

Six things Panorama ONE is responsible for

The player spine

A permanent Panorama Player ID issued once and held for life. Every registration, assessment, session, injury, document and payment attaches to that single identity, across every team and every season.

Role-based portals

Coaches mark attendance and file reports pitchside. Families see their own player only. Medical staff hold injury and clearance records. The board sees the club, not the paperwork.

AI-assisted archive migration

Four decades of scans, PDFs and forms are ingested, classified and matched to the right player automatically, with every extracted field reviewed and confirmed by a human before it becomes club record.

Integrated finance and people

Panorama ONE runs the operational side — fee schedules, invoicing, receivables, coach hours — and pushes journals to the club's accounting and payroll systems, which stay the statutory book of record.

Panorama Intelligence

Plain-language answers over club data: who is at risk of dropping out, which age group is under-registered, where fee collection is slipping, which players are ready to progress.

One data model

Enter once, use everywhere. The public site, the coach portal and the board dashboard all read the same records, so nothing is retyped and nothing drifts out of date.

Access

Signing in

The public website you are reading is the front door. Panorama ONE itself is a private environment, and access is granted by role — administrator, board member, coach, medical, family or partner.

Portal sign-in opens with Build 02. Until then, the public site is an output of the same data model that Panorama ONE will hold, so nothing published here has to be rebuilt or retyped later.

The portal is live. Coaches, medical staff, administrators and registered families sign in below; each login sees only what its role allows.
