Development · Cross-programme development layer
Panorama Academy
The method behind every session.
Overview
What this stage is for
The Academy is not a separate team. It is the club's development engine: the curriculum every coach works from, the assessment framework every player is measured against, the individual development plans, the coach education programme and the record-keeping that makes a four-decade club's development claims verifiable rather than anecdotal.
Supports and standardises every other programme. Owns the assessment and IDP framework that progression decisions rely on.
Development focus
What players work on
- Age-phase curriculum from Foundation to Senior
- Technical, tactical, physical and social assessment domains
- Individual development plans with objectives and review cycles
- Coach education, mentoring and qualification tracking
- Data quality — because development claims are only as good as the record behind them
Coaching emphasis
How it is coached
- Consistent session structure across every age group
- Assessment templates configurable by age phase
- Documented pathway recommendations
