What happens on the day
A working session rather than a presentation. The club walks new families through the season structure, training and fixture expectations, and what the club asks of parents.
Fees, statements and payment plans are explained in full, including the club's approach to families in difficulty.
The Safeguarding Officer covers consent, authorised collection, media consent and how to raise a concern.
Families are set up on the Panorama ONE family portal during the session, including access to schedules, documents and statements.
