Coach Development Workshop — Session Design for the Age Phase
A practical workshop for Panorama coaches and invited coaches from neighbouring clubs on designing sessions that fit the age phase.
Programme
What happens on the day
Morning classroom block on age-phase characteristics, the club's four assessment domains and how to write a usable individual development plan.
Afternoon on-pitch block: coaches design and deliver a practice to a live group, with structured peer and mentor feedback.
Attendance is recorded against each coach's development record in Panorama ONE and counts toward the club's internal coach education requirement.
A limited number of places are made available to coaches from neighbouring clubs at no charge.
Review note: Proposed coach education event for client review.
Numbers are needed in advance so the club can plan catering and pitch scheduling.
